Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless you have selected a financing option.
Financing options are subject to approval and additional terms provided by our financing partners.

3. Returns and Refunds

5. Rental Services

By renting e-bikes or e-scooters from eStar Rides, you agree to the following waiver of liability:

Rental Waiver

You acknowledge that riding an e-bike or e-scooter carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss.
You agree to assume all responsibility for your safety during the rental period and waive all claims against eStar Rides LLC, its employees, and contractors for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of rented equipment.
You agree to return the rented equipment in the condition it was provided and accept responsibility for any damages, theft, or loss during the rental period.

6. Repairs and Maintenance

Repair Release Form

By requesting repair services from eStar Rides LLC, you agree to the following terms:

No Liability for Repair Outcome
eStar Rides LLC is not liable or responsible for any problems arising from the attempted repair.
The customer acknowledges that the repair Component or Issue in a broken and unusable state and that this repair is an attempt to restore usable functionality via a singular repair.
Assumption of Risk
The undersigned understands this is a risky repair and that many factors can render the Component or Issue unusable, including but not limited to:
Pre-existing damage.
Damage during transport.
Hidden or unforeseen issues.

Release of Liability

The undersigned releases eStar Rides LLC, employees and contractors from all responsibility for the success or failure of the repair attempt.
The undersigned acknowledges that eStar Rides LLC will make its best effort to complete the requested repair successfully but understands that success is not guaranteed.

Definition of Successful Repair

A successful repair is defined as Component functionality under specified conditions.
eStar Rides LLC’s guarantee extends only to the documented proof of this successful repair.

Refund Policy

The repair fee will only be refunded if eStar Rides LLC is unable to document a successful repair according to the criteria stated above. Diagnostic fees will not be refunded.
Any shipping fees applied will not be refunded and will be deducted to cover the return shipment of the Component or Item, whether repaired or unrepaired.

Shipping and Delivery

Returned items will require a signature for delivery.
If delivery fails due to reasons outside the control of eStar Rides LLC (e.g., incorrect address, missed signature), additional shipping charges will apply to retry shipment.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of eStar Rides or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from eStar Rides.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

eStar Rides LLC, its employees, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia. By using our services, you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
