What’s Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the following:

  • E-Bikes: Frame, motor, battery, and electrical components
  • E-Scooters: Frame, motor, battery, and electrical components.
  • Accessories: Defects in materials and craftsmanship for eligible accessories.

Warranty Periods

  • E-Bikes and E-Scooters: Up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Accessories and Parts: 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • Battery Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects for up to 1 year.

What’s Not Covered

While our warranty is designed to protect against defects, it does not cover the following:

Refund Details

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads).
  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or paint chips.
  • Water damage exceeding the product’s IP rating.
