Where can I pick up my order?
You can collect it from your personal address (home, work or pickup point).
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery of your order takes 5 to 7 business days.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. It will be sent for processing the next business day. There may be temporary delays in placing orders during peak hours or during information verification delays. Orders submitted through online payment systems are subject to fraud verification. and upon approval of our payment processor. will continue
Payment for all cash methods on delivery will be charged to the delivery address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive contact tracking information via email. Also check your spam/spam folder.
Which courier will send the order?
Depending on the delivery area and type of delivery. When the order leaves our warehouse we will email you with shipping carrier details and tracking details.
What happens if I am not home when I receive my order?
You will receive an SMS from the operator with the payment amount. Please make sure you are home to receive items. If there is no parcel the designated person/family members can receive it.
Cancellation of an order
For delivery orders we follow the practice of validating the order with a maximum of 2 confirmation calls failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled.
Orders may be canceled at the customer’s request at any time prior to processing. Estar Rides may cancel orders for any reason which may include:
- Not ready wrong mobile phone numbers or technical errors
- If the product is out of stock
