Job Description
As the Operations Manager at eStar Rides LLC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store. You will oversee various aspects of our daily activities, inventory management, vendor relationships, and workflow optimization. This position is key to our continued success and growth in the electric transportation industry.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track product levels, and coordinate restocking to ensure product availability for customers.
- Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate favorable terms, and oversee the procurement process.
- Workflow Optimization: Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, including staffing schedules, task assignments, and workflows.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards through inspection and testing processes.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with the Customer Service Representatives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.
- Health and Safety: Enforce safety guidelines and regulations to provide a safe environment for employees and customers, especially in a retail setting.
- Staff Training: Train and supervise employees, providing guidance and support to maintain a motivated and effective team.
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the store, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
- Reporting: Generate reports on operational performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a retail or related industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly transportation and electric vehicles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
